Returns or refunds are not offered in the rare circumstance of a missing part, instead please get in touch via email and we'll get a replacement part sent to you ASAP.

Returns/refunds may only be possible in exceptional circumstances, and where the product is returned in it's entirety, with no missing parts or damage to the box.
